The Ontario Parenting Connection is hosting a free Family Expo. The event is set for April 7 at North Grenville District High School. It runs from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
There is no cost to attend, but food donations for Operation Backpack are being accepted. The program is through the House of Lazarus and supplies weekend meals for over 100 kids in three area schools.
Organizer Sami Kutowy says the purpose is to bring together recreational organizations, art programs and service providers under one roof.
Tables are still open for local organizations that want to participate. To get involved, email [email protected] directly. Â
Kutowy says there will be a wide variety for families to check out.
