Gardening enthusiasts and nature photographers have a chance to win some money from the Municipality of North Grenville.
The municipality has launched a photo contest called “North Grenville in Bloom”, where residents can submit pictures of their gardens, local heritage sites, floral displays and more.
Winners will be chosen in six categories, and whoever submits a winning photo will receive $50 from the Municipality.
Staff members say a runner-up will also be chosen for each category, with a $25 prize, and a $50 “People’s Choice” prize will go to whichever photo gets the most likes on social media.
