Prescott Mayor Brett Todd has been elected as the chair for the Leeds and Grenville Joint Services Committee.
The Joint Services Committee oversees all social services within the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, as well as the municipalities of Prescott, Brockville, and Gananoque.
This is the first time a mayor from outside of the United Counties has chaired the Joint Services Committee.
