A state-of-the-art Clinical Simulation Lab has officially opened up at St. Lawrence College’s Kingston Campus.
The unveiling on Wednesday showed off an advanced technical training facility for students earning degrees in practical nursing, medical laboratory science, and pre-health.
President of the College, Glenn Vollebregt, says the new labs give health science and nursing students the opportunity for hands on learning in a real world setting.
Funding for the clinical labs came in part from the federal and provincial governments, and is part of an overall expansion project for the college called Hello Future.
