While some rain fell on Wednesday across eastern Ontario, Phillips says it's a move in the right direction but it's only enough moisture to keep the dust down.
With little rain that's fallen, and not much in our current forecast, crops including corn and soybeans are seeing impacted growth and some farmer's fields ending up in a drought.
