North Grenville residents have a few weeks left to nominate people, organizations and businesses for recognition from the Municipality.
The nomination deadline for this year’s North Grenville Civic Awards has been extended to April 26, at 5:00 PM.
The awards recognize volunteers and groups for the work they do to help people living in North Grenville.
Anyone is eligible to be nominated as long as they either live in the municipality or run a business within it.
There are ten categories this year, including a new award for “Outstanding Municipal Leadership.”
Self-nominations and posthumous nominations won’t be accepted. You also aren’t allowed to nominate anyone posthumously.
