The Halleck’s Road 401 bridge is being demolished in a few days, and some route changes are coming with it.
Brockville Police says a detour will be set up for drivers to follow the 401’s Emergency Detour Route, through Brockville from Long Beach to North Augusta Road’s on and off ramps.
While the work is being done, drivers are also being urged to avoid parking overnight on King Street, to help with the flow of traffic.
The detour will be set up on April 21st on the westbound side of the highway, and on the eastbound side on the 22nd. It’ll run from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next morning on both days.
