The Salvation Army Food Bank got a helping hand from Community Living North Grenville. The organization ran a food drive throughout the month of May.
Hundreds of items were collected for the food bank. The donations will be dropped off this week.
Community Supports Worker Kaitlyn Utman says the Salvation Army is a valued partner. She says many of the people Community Living supports volunteer at the Salvation Army. Utman noted the two organizations have a very positive relationship.
She says the food drive is one small way Community Living gives back.
