A 77-year-old man died after being hit by a vehicle. The incident happened yesterday on County Road 2 in South Glengarry Township.
Investigation indicates that just after 12:00pm a passenger vehicle was travelling on County Road 2 at Rae Road when for reasons unknown the vehicle struck the cyclist.
The man was taken to the hospital and later succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
