As the 73’s get underway with their home opener this weekend, officials hoping to attract families to a special event to kick off the season.
The Kemptville 73’s are set to host a special Canadian Tire Fun Zone from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the North Grenville Municipal Centre.
The event will feature activities for kids including a ring toss, bowling, fishing pond, basketball toss and a photo booth station.
The Kemptville 73’s will then take on the Carleton Place Canadians at 5:30pm.
The kick-off event itself is free for families to attend before the game gets underway.
