Boaters will be able to navigate the Rideau Canal once again.
Parks Canada says it was able to reopen the canal to boaters now that safety is no longer a concern.
Rain closed most of the locks on July 25th and staff at Parks Canada has slowly been reopening sections of the canal as they become safe to navigate.
Some areas along the Rideau received close to 100 millimetres of rain on July 24th.
