Puppets Up! is coming to Kemptville.
The family oriented event, organized by the Friends of the North Grenville Public Library, will celebrate Canada 150 and 15 years for the organization as well. It’s planned for Saturday, June 10th from 10:00am to 4:00pm at the North Grenville Municipal Centre.
Noreen Young, Canada’s foremost puppeteer, will be at the event. There will also be puppet making for children and some puppet performances as well.
Some of the funding for the event came from the North Grenville Community Grants program.
The free event is open to the public.
