The Maplewood Park Gazebo replacement project might finally come to fruition.
Tonight’s North Grenville Committee of the Whole meeting will include a discussion about granting approval to the Oxford Mills Community Association to build a gazebo at the park. The old gazebo was removed in 2015 and the OMCA has been a big proponent of seeing a new gazebo built on the site. The OMCA would like to see the project completed by July 1st for the Canada Day celebrations.
A staff report says the OMCA has met all the conditions set out to them for the project to be approved. The design is included in the agenda package at www.northgrenville.ca. The meeting gets underway at 6:30pm.
