A man has been killed early this afternoon on County Road 31 between Winchester and Winchester Springs.
The OPP says officers are on scene investigating the incident. Just before 1:00pm, a Mini Cooper crossed into the north lane and collided head-on with a transport tanker carrying milk. The man, who was behind the wheel, was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver wasn’t injured.
The OPP continues to investigate and says a section of County Road 31 is closed between Nesbitt Road and Hollister Road. There’s no word on when the road will reopen.
