Environment Canada predicts warmer than normal spring for Eastern Ontario

Eastern Canada is set for a warmer than normal spring.

Environment Canada has released its monthly temperature model for March, April, and May which shows a 50 percent probability of above seasonal temperatures.

Environment Canada Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says residents of North Grenville will be able to ditch their winter jackets sooner than expected this month.

Coulson says the warm days will be balanced out with some cooler days however.
