Prescott Ribfest returns this weekend

It’s shaping up to be a delicious weekend in Prescott.

Prescott Ribfest is back for another year at Fort Wellington and organizers say it will bring food vendors, merchandise vendors, a kid’s zone, live entertainment and a lot more.

It runs from Friday to Sunday and, along with the festivities, free trolley rides throughout the town will also be offered with riders able to hop on at different stops.

Prescott Mayor Gauri Shankar tells the Vista Radio Newsroom that the trolley is a great way to explore.

“Maybe some people that are just coming from out of town are coming to just visit the ribfest but decide to hop on the trolley. They get to see a little bit more of the town.”

You can find the trolley hours on the Explore Prescott Facebook page.
