Prescott is welcoming its newest physician to the community.
The Prescott Family Health Team says Dr. Bennett Ladowski has been hired and will help strengthen primary care in the area.
Dr. Ladowski is a board-certified family medicine physician with broad experience in comprehensive family medicine and recently moved to the area from the United States with his family.
The health team says he brings a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care, with experience caring for patients across the lifespan and a particular interest in supporting diverse and underserved communities.
The team received funding from the health ministry to allow them to attach 1,115 patients in the South Grenville area from the Health Care Connect waitlist and expand access to team-based primary care.
