Applications for 2023 elk draw open next week

Ontario Fish and Wildlife will be accepting applications for its 2023 elk draw starting April 15th.

Applying for the draw comes with a fifteen dollar fee, and if you receive any tags, you’ll also need to purchase an elk license, which costs $48.15.

While you’re applying, you’ll be able to specify where you want to hunt, and if you’re applying to hunt as part of a group. 

If you apply as a group, only one person needs to be awarded a tag for up to four people to hunt together.

Applications will be open until June 12th, and you’ll be able to check if you got tags starting August 1st.
