Former North Grenville Councillor Terry Butler has passed away.
The municipality released the news earlier today saying Butler passed away last night.
Butler was a councillor with the municipality for 11 years and retired at the end of the last term. He also owned and operated Butler’s Victorian Pantry in Old Town Kemptville for many years.
The municipality says its flags will be flown at half-mast.

Butler was 74.
