A woman has been charged for driving while impaired in Augusta Township.
The OPP says officers were called by a homeowner early Saturday morning after a 34-year-old Oshawa woman had knocked on his door and window. He didn’t answer the door because it was 3:30am and the woman took off in a pick-up truck.
Police found the woman on Blue Church Road and discovered she’d been drinking. She was charged with driving while impaired and driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood.
