The Old Town Kemptville BIA is getting ready for the Easter Bunny Hop. The free community event is set for Saturday from 10:30am to 1:30pm.
The Easter Bunny Hop features a variety of activities for kids, including face painting, collecting treats and a colouring contest.
People can pick up colouring sheets at the library this week and return it on the day of the event.
Executive Director Deron Johnston says they’ve also collected gifts from local businesses that will be raffled off.

He says maps will be available for people who want to participate.
Between 300 and 500 people take part in the event annually.
