The former North Grenville District High School has sold. The building, located on Prescott Street, was put up for private sale in December. The high school was deemed surplus by the Upper Canada District School Board.
The asking price was $350,000 for the building. It sits on 3.45 acres and comes with an easement for the cenotaph and heritage designation for the facade. The structure has 45 rooms and a gymnasium.
The former Kemptville Public School, located on Reuben Crescent, is still up for grabs according to the real estate listing. The school is listed at $550,000.
