A man is facing charges related to possession of child pornography after trying to cross the border.
The Grenville County OPP and OPP Child Exploitation Unit were both called to help with Canadian Border Services Agency in Johnstown yesterday. Police say a 20-year-old man from India was denied entry to the United States and returned to the CBSA, where he was investigated. Police say he was in possession of child pornography.
The man is now facing a charge of possession of child pornography and a charge of importing child pornography.
The man has a bail hearing in Brockville court today as police continue to investigate.
