The Smiths Falls Community Hospital Foundation has purchased two new vital sign machines thanks to the local Rexall Pharma Plus.
The new machines were $2,500 each and the money came from an Elvis themed appreciation event in August. The Rexall head office selected the Smiths Falls store to receive a $5,000 donation because of their event’s initiative and creativity. The $5,000 was donated to a charity of the Smiths Falls Rexall’s choosing, and they selected the hospital foundation.
The machines will be used in the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital.
