A man is facing a number of charges after a traffic stop in North Dundas.
On Saturday evening, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP says officers stopped a vehicle on County Road 13 after the 20-year-old driver was clocked at more than 50 kilometers per hour over the speed limit. During the investigation, the OPP says the man was driving under the influence of alcohol. The man was also carrying suspected marijuana on him as well.
The man faces four charges including driving while impaired, driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood, possession and stunt driving. He’s expected to face the charges in Morrisburg court on August 1st.
