From sea to shining sea Canadians are paying tribute to Canada’s 150th birthday and on Wednesday Prescott will be hosting one such tribute.
To mark the 150 years since confederation the C3 will be sailing from Toronto to Vancouver over 150 days. The voyage will take the ship through the Northwest Passage and will be making 150 stops along the way, including Wednesday in Prescott.
The town will welcome the crew ashore with an invitational meet and greet, followed by a firing of the cannons.
