The House of Lazarus in Mountain is hosting a chili supper fundraiser in Winchester tomorrow.
The event will feature a number of chili recipes as well as a cake auction.
Operations Manager Jennifer Westendorp says residents are helping some of their neighbours through the work of the organization.
Westendorp says they also provide vouchers for clothes, furniture and other items people need.
The event happens from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Joel Steele Community Hall. The cost if $10 for adults, $5 for children three to 12 and it’s free for children under three. Tickets are available at the House of Lazarus or at the door.
