The province is giving an event in Kemptville $100,000 to celebrate Ontario’s 150th anniversary.
The funding is going towards the Kemptville Live Music Festival, which is happening from July 20th to the 23rd.
The province says the funding is meant to create jobs, grow the economy, and enhance the event.
This is one of over 300 festivals and events in Ontario to receive provincial funding.
