Two people are facing charges of theft after stealing from Staples in Kemptville.
The OPP made the arrest on Monday, the same day of the theft, when they stopped a car on Highway 401 in Leeds and the Thousand Islands Township.
A 44-year-old man ad 33-year-old woman, both from Toronto, are charged with possession of stolen property.
