Some volunteers are being recruited to help manage the Kemptville District Hospital (KDH).
The hospital’s Board of Directors is expanding to include four new seats this June, and is recruiting new people to fill those seats.
Staff members say the board is specifically looking for people with experience with healthcare, law, finance, and architecture, construction or infrastructure planning.
They also say having experience working on a non-profit board is an asset, and that successful candidates will need to be able to attend 10 to 12 hours of meetings per month.
