The OPP is investigating a fatal snowmobile collision that occurred in South Stormont.
On Saturday, just after 2 p.m., officers responded to a collision involving a snowmobile and another vehicle on County Road 2.
Police say the snowmobiler entered the roadway and was hit by the vehicle, which was heading eastbound.Â
The driver of the snowmobile, a 44-year-old from South Stormont was pronounced dead at the scene.

No one else in the collision suffered injuries.Â
The OPP is not revealing the identity of the driver until the next of kin has been notified.
