Yet another business is coming to downtown Kemptville.
Old Town Kemptville BIA is welcoming Reborn by CatherineFit to the area. Board Chair of the BIA Debbie Wilson says that the business is a perfect fit with downtown Kemptville as it becomes a fitness hub. The BIA says there is no doubt she will make a positive impact on the downtown core.
Catherine Swail says that she wants to help people in Kempville feel proud and accomplished when working out at her studio. Swail, who is a Kemptville native, says that when the opportunity came to open her own studio, she knew her business was ready for its own location. She says she wants to put typical workout phrases, like “No pain, no gain” to rest. She wants her clients to be able to move better, get stronger, and move with less pain.
