Kemptville & District Home Support is holding its third annual Big Band Dance. The event is set for April 27 at the North Grenville Municipal Centre, beginning at 6:00pm.
Tickets are available now, for $50 each. Proceeds will go towards programming for local seniors.
Executive Director Susan Smith says The Jivewires will be performing. She says the 7-piece big band puts on a great show.
The event also features a cold buffet, live and silent auctions and cash bar.
Smith says Nancy Morgan, owner of The Workshop Dance Studio, is offering a 50 per cent discount on partner dancing lessons for people attending the event. She says people can get tuned up for the dance floor.
