A Wolford man is facing charges after items were stolen from a barn on Bedell Road in Kemptville. The incident was reported to the OPP on Saturday afternoon.
Officers investigated and found that two people went on to the property and removed items from the building. The OPP says a local resident, who tried to stop the burglary, was hit by a vehicle but did not sustain injuries. Â
The 49-year-old man is charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, break and enter and robbery with violence. He was released on a promise to appear. His court date is set for March 1 in Brockville.
