100 Women Who Care aims to double donations this year

100 Women Who Care North Grenville is hosting its final meeting of 2018. The event is set for November 15 at eQuinelle Golf Club. Registration starts at 5:30pm and the meeting gets underway at 6:00pm. Each person or team is asked to donate $100 towards a local charity that the whole group votes for.  

Member Anne Eves Kotlarchuk says at the end of the night, everyone feels good about supporting the community. She says if people are looking for a way to get out with friends, it’s a great group to get involved with.

The group has raised $13,500 in just three meetings so far this year.

Kotlarchuk says the goal is to double donations from last year. She says if the group raises $5,000 at this meeting, the total will get close to $20,000 in 2018.
