Attendees can take bring their antique and take part in an Anitques Roadshow style event.
Tomorrow Is Heritage Day at North Gower’s Farmers’ Market. The Rideau branch of the City of Ottawa Archives will be appraising antiques from 10 am to one pm for free.
Tracey MacDougall is Vice Chair of the Farmers’ Market Association and says there will be experts on different antiques like photographs, stamps, and military artifacts.
Heritage Day is celebrated every year on the second Saturday in August.
North Gower’s Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday until October sixth from 8:30 am to one pm. The market is located at 2397 Roger Stevens Drive.
