The Kemptville & District Sports Hall of Fame is looking for athletes and teams who go above and beyond. Nominations for Athlete of the Year and Team of the Year are being accepted until September. Chair Doug Rigby says winning isn’t necessarily about scoring the most goals.
Nomination forms can be found by clicking here. Two people and two teams are being inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame this year. Rigby says the Athlete and Team of the Year awards are separate from the Hall of Fame.
The Kemptville & District Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony is set for September 27. The event is open to the public.
