A 21-year-old man from South Dundas is under investigation after the Cadillac he was driving ended up in the St. Lawrence River. On Wednesday September 10 just before 11pm Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP officers responded ot the report of a collision on Lakeshore Drive in Morrisburg. A 2005 Cadillac had gone out of control, hit a guardrail and dock before sinking in the river. When police arrived the driver was not at the scene but he was later identified.
