A North Dundas man has been charged with first degree murder. James Henry Wise, age 75, was arrested today by the OPP Crime Unit. He is charged with the death of Raymond Collison.
Collison, who lived in Chesterville, was reported missing in September of 2009. His remains were found in 2014. He was 59-years-old. Â Â
Wise has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall Court tomorrow.
