Today is the last day to nominate businesses for the Augusta Business Awards.
Both the Business of the Year and Second annual Trail Blazer Award will be given out in November but the time for nominations is almost finished. Some of the criteria that will be used to judge for the Business of the Year award include longevity, community involvement and innovation. Nominees for the Trail Blazer Award must be in the first to fifth year of business and show community involvement, innovation and sustainability.
All nominations must be in before 4:00pm on Friday October 13th and nomination forms can be found here. The awards will be presented at the Augusta Township Economic Development and Tourism Committee’s Business of the Year breakfast on November 3rd. The event will cost $10 at the door.
