A 30-year-old Brazilian man has been charging for racing a motor vehicle near Prescott.
The OPP says the man was clocked on Highway 401 travelling 162 kilometers per hour on Monday.
The OPP says his international driver’s license was seized, the vehicle was impounded for seven days and he’ll face the charges in court.
The OPP also wants to remind drivers and residents to report unsafe driving if they see it happening.
