Oxford-on-Rideau Public School will be the subject of discussions at a public meeting tonight.
Some parents and members of Oxford-on-Rideau Save our School will talk about the final decision made by the Upper Canada District School Board concerning the future of the school, the desire for daycare, and the desire for tech based learning.
Members of Oxford-on-Rideau SOS are hoping for a big turnout at the meeting. They’re also hoping to get some clarification about the board’s position on the closure and whether or not it’s a firm closure or if the school can still be saved. The meeting happens at Maplewood Hall starting at 6:30pm. Anyone is welcome to attend.
