The Spencerville Mill will be the site for the Canada 150 Celebration Garden Picnic.
The event will run on Saturday, May 13th from noon to 3:00pm. It will feature music, a decorating contest, children’s entertainment and more.
The centerpiece will be the 1,000 red and white tulips that will be in bloom. Those tulips were planted last year.
