Marlborough Pub makes donation to Candlelighters Foundation

The Marlborough Pub and Eatery in North Gower has made a $500 donation to the Candlelighters Foundation. The donation was made last week. Pub co-owner Jason Moore says he and his business partner Steve Moffatt started donating to Candlelighters because of a childhood friendship.

Candlelighters is an organization that supports children with cancer in Eastern Ontario. They offer many different services and programs that help alleviate costs during treatment, as well as make it easier to cope for both those affected by the cancer, as well as their families.
