If you are heading to the west end of Ottawa today, the power is out for 13,000 customers in the Kanata, Richmond, Munster, Stittsville and Beaverbrooke areas. Ottawa Hydro is citing a loss of supply from the provincial grid. The estimated time of restoration is 12:30pm.
