OPP reports a number of thefts from vehicles in North Grenville

The Grenville County OPP is busy with a number of thefts from vehicles and homes in North Grenville.

The OPP says it has received a number of reports from residents regarding thefts from vehicles on Stone Road, McCaul Drive, Marlin Road and Townline Road on Friday and Saturday. A home was also broken into on Boundary Road on May 23rd.

Items such as electronics, jewelry, cash, gift cards, golf clubs, wallets and other items were taken in the thefts.

While the OPP says it continues to investigate the thefts, it reminds residents to “Lock It or Lose It”. It’s asking residents not to be an easy target by properly securing your vehicle and not leaving valuables within your car.
