Brockville General Hospital has announced the appointment of Julie Caffin to their senior leadership team.
Caffin will come in as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer. Caffin previously worked at Kingston General Hospital as Director of Cardiac, Critical Care, and Emergency for 10 years.
The appointment was made by provincially-appointed supervisor Kevin Empey, who has been working at BGH since October to help solve the hospital’s financial and organizational struggles.
Empey hopes to appoint a new CEO for the hospital by late spring.
