Habitat for Humanity off the hook for building permit and development fees

Habitat for Humanity won’t be charged building permit or development fees for their latest build. North Grenville Council voted to waive about $7,000 in fees at Monday’s meeting. This is the second time North Grenville has waived fees for the Habitat builds. Staff said in their report that they didn’t feel waiving the fees would have negative financial implications on the 2016 budget. The proposed build is set for 400 County Road 25.
