Ottawa’s Jenn Hanna, Switzerland’s Silvana Tirinzoni and Missassauga’s Jacqueline Harrison are the first three teams to qualify for Championship Sunday out of the A Event at the Royal LePage OVCA Women’s Fall Classic in Kemptville.
In draw 8 Tirinzoni defeated Halifax’s Theresa Breen
In draw 9 Hanna downed Samantha Peters and Harrison bested crowd favourite Nova Scotia’s Mary-Anne Aresnault.
Three more qualifiers will come out of the B Event in today’s morning action.
The winner of the Rhonda Varnes – Arsenualt game at 9:00 a.m.
and the two winners of the 11:30  draw games featuring  Samantha Peters against Lauren Mann
and Breen against Ottawa’s Lauren Horton.
The winners of the two games in the C Event at 7:00 pm will fill out the 8 qualifiers for Championship Sunday.
QF, SF and Championship game go at 9:00 am, 12:30 and 3:30 on Sunday.
