Senior Girls Mustangs pick up basketball silver medal in Belleville tournament

St. Mike’s Senior Girls basketball team traveled to Belleville over the weekend and earned a silver medal in the Nicholson Catholic College Invitational. The Mustangs first defeated host school Nicholson and then Lester B. Pearson from Burlington to earn a place in the championship. Unfortunately, the team fell to Glebe Collegiate from Ottawa in a closely contested match-up. St. Mike’s hosts South Grenville in league play on Tuesday.
